Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat, identify customer needs and help customers use specific features Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers Experience in the energy industry is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Comprehensive training and development opportunities #
