Position Summary
The HR Specialist supports the HR Admin Manager in managing labor relations and HR administrative activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper application of company procedures. He/she collaborates with the HR team and functional managers to guarantee efficient and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
* Assist in managing employee records and updating the HRIS system.
* Support the payroll process in collaboration with the external provider.
* Collaborate in managing benefits and responding to employee requests.
* Assist in managing audits and internal controls.
* Support hiring processes and contract management.
Labor Relations
* Support the management of relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
* Assist in preparing documentation for collective agreements and company-level agreements.
* Provide support in handling disputes and disciplinary procedures.
* Monitor regulatory updates and prepare informative reports.
Requirements
* Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields.
* 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on labor relations and administration.
* Knowledge of labor regulations and HR processes.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
* Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
* Familiarity with the Commerce National Collective Agreement (CCNL Commercio).
Nice to have
* Knowledge of INAZ or similar HR management systems.
