We are looking for a Junior BI Analyst to join our team at Olive Tree Consulting. In this role, you will help us support a key client engagement with a major European infrastructure group. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position where you will collaborate directly with our team and client partners, combining remote work with routine office collaboration.

For our work with this European infrastructure group, we need to build data views that are simple to read and straightforward to maintain.
Your role is to support this effort by taking ownership of the day-to-day data and reporting. You will work alongside our consultants to collect requirements, organize raw datasets, and build visual dashboards. This is not about building complex theoretical models, but rather about creating reliable tools that the client's management team can use every week with confidence. What you will do
Gather data from client systems and consolidate it into structured formats.
Build and maintain simple dashboards that track key weekly metrics.
Write brief, clear explanations of how different metrics are calculated so there is no confusion later.
Update existing reports regularly and check them for accuracy before they go to committees.
Help simplify client reporting processes to remove unnecessary steps. What we are looking for A habit of paying close attention to detail, making sure numbers align across different reports.
Clear written communication, with the ability to explain technical ideas in plain English.
