We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Project Manager to join our team full-time. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple initiatives, from launching new projects to driving strategic partnerships and producing market insights.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and execute diverse projects across fintech and beyond, bridging startups and corporates to create value.
- Drive new project initiatives, from ideation to execution, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to optimize projects and initiatives.
- Drive efficiency : standardize projects and service packages to continuously improve team efficiency and scalability.
- Be the client’s main point of contact : manage ongoing communication, alignments, and progress updates to maintain strong and transparent relationships.
- Lead the team, keeping the project team aligned and up to date, overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution and ensuring work is delivered on time, on spec, and on budget.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, startups, or scale-ups, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex and fast-moving environments.
- Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong curiosity for exploring new industries, while maintaining a genuine passion and strong interest in the fintech sector.
- A strong willingness to learn new things, paired with the confidence to bring forward new ideas, share them with the team, and actively contribute to turning them into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Fintech, techfin and open innovation world knowledge is a plus.
