Ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pThe Lead Testing Engineer, reporting to Avenza Gate 0 Leader, will be responsible for all the testing technical and fulfillment activities of Avenza LM Service Shop, linked to overhaul of LM25000 (derived from CF6-6) and LM6000 (derived from CF6-80). /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport Avenza Shop to manage testing activities performed in Massa, Kollsnes and in other approved test facilities as required /li liReview commercial guarantees, test expectations/requirements, and develop performance test procedures /li liAnalyze data, evaluate test results, diagnose and define corrective actions as needed /li liPrepare technical reports for internal and external distribution /li liCommunicate with internal and external customers regarding testing activities, schedules, and technical issues /li liSupport continued development and improvement of performance tools/processes /li liParticipation in Shop Operative Rhythm/reviews to support Avenza Shop according to production needs /li liBe a technical reference point for Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis on final assembly and testing processes (Safety, Quality, Lean Production) /li liEnsure a smooth introduction of new products/processes within Shop Operations /li liSupport new service development initiatives /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or proven experience operating/testing Aeroderivative Engines /li liAbility to synthesize complex technical information /li liAbility to travel in support of global assignments /li liAbility to interact with all levels of the organization /li liFluency in English and Italian is a must /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liPrevious knowledge/experience of those engines would be a plus: LM2500, LM6000, LM9000, CF6-6, CF6-80, GE90-115B /li liAbility to work in a very dynamic environment /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills /li liBe a Solution-oriented, problem solver /li liPrevious experience dealing with Customers would be a plus /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pRelocation Assistance Provided: No /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
