Responsibilities Translate approved OT cybersecurity designs and recommendations into executable pilot technical packagesAssess implementation against approved architecture, standards, and policies, identifying design gaps and factory-specific constraintsPropose pragmatic technical and operational countermeasures and improvements to the reference technical packageAct as the remote technical lead during the pilot phase, coordinating local OT, IT, and act as a bridge between global and local Operations teamsEnsure pilot implementation and testing activities are safe for production and aligned with plant constraintsCoordinate and technically steer external vendors (OEMs, integrators), ensuring alignment with pilot scope and targetsDrive the validation of the delivered configurations and outcomes, and coordinate functional, integration, and security testing during pilotsTroubleshoot OT/IT/cyber issues across networks, firewalls, access paths, and toolsEnsure compliance with OT security standards and internal policies, supporting the assessment of cyber risk reductionProduce structured pilot documentation, including configuration reports, test scripts, user manuals, procedures, and lessons learned Job Requirements Hands‐on experience as an OT Consultant, OT Engineer, or OT Security Specialist with solid, field expertise in OT/IT integrationTechnical knowledge of OT network segmentation, segregation, zoningUnderstanding of security risks and guardrails around remote access, OT asset visibility, and asset monitoringExperience coordinating technical teams and external vendors in industrial environmentsAbility to drive technical testing, troubleshoot complex issues, and validate resilience and operational impactStrong documentation and reporting skills, with attention to detailExperience with risk assessment, compliance verification, and risk mitigation planningAgile, solution‐oriented mindset with clear accountability in dealing with internal and external contributors #J-18808-Ljbffr
