PpWe’re looking for a Global Head of Corporate Brand to define and drive the strategic brand direction for a growing international healthcare organisation. This is a rare opportunity to lead the development of a global brand identity at a pivotal moment of transformation. The business operates in over 100 markets and is on a bold growth journey across innovation, digital health, and specialised care. /p pThe role reports to the Chief Communications Public Affairs Officer and works as part of the global leadership team. It requires a creative and strategic brand leader who can shape corporate storytelling, strengthen reputation, and bring a unified brand to life across global audiences. /p h3bHead of Corporate Brand Key Responsibilities: /b /h3 ul liLead the creation and execution of a global corporate brand strategy aligned with business growth and purpose /li liDefine and manage visual and verbal brand identity, tone of voice, and expression across all touchpoints /li liBuild and maintain brand governance tools including a global brand book, templates, and digital assets /li liOversee corporate websites and ensure digital platforms align with brand values and messaging /li liDevelop and launch high-impact brand campaigns in collaboration with regional teams /li liManage relationships with external creative and design agencies /li liMeasure and optimise brand awareness, engagement, and reputation KPIs /li liAct as brand guardian to ensure consistency across internal and external communications /li /ul h3bWhat We’re Looking For: /b /h3 ul li+8 years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing within global organisations /li liDemonstrated ability to build and scale brand identity across multiple markets /li liProven experience in leading integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels /li liStrategic thinking combined with hands‑on creativity and a strong sense of ownership /li liExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills /li liExperience working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments /li liFluency in English; Italian is a plus /li /ul pThis is a unique opportunity for a brand leader who wants to make an impact on a global scale.
