About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven International Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our new energy electric vehicle business in overseas markets. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from market development and client acquisition to relationship management and cross-functional collaboration, while representing our brand on the global stage. Responsibilities
Overseas Market Development & Client Acquisition
* Lead the development, maintenance, and management of clients in assigned overseas markets.
* Identify potential customers through online and offline channels, and establish comprehensive client profiles.
* Expand the sales network by participating in international exhibitions, business visits, and industry events.
End-to-End Sales Process Management
* Own the full sales cycle, including customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contract signing.
* Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to ensure on-time order delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor customer payments to guarantee the safe and timely collection of funds.
Market Analysis & Strategy Formulation
* Collect and analyze overseas market information, including local policies, regulations, competitors, and market trends.
* Develop targeted sales strategies and promotion plans tailored to assigned markets.
* Submit regular market analysis reports and data-driven sales forecasts.
Customer Relationship Management
* Build and maintain long-term, trust-based cooperative relationships with overseas clients.
* Address customer complaints and resolve after-sales issues to drive high satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct proactive customer follow-ups to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with Product, Technical, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support product optimization and localization adjustments.
Qualifications
Educational Background
* Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in International Trade, Marketing, English, Automotive Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
Work Experience
* 1–3 years of proven overseas sales experience; experience in the new energy, automotive, or mechanical equipment industries is a strong plus.
* Demonstrated track record in overseas market development, client acquisition, and key account management.
Language Proficiency
* CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
* Ability to conduct full-cycle business negotiations and daily work communications in English.
* Proficiency in additional foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is highly preferred.
Required Skills
* Familiarity with international trade procedures, documentation, and relevant laws and regulations.
* Solid knowledge of new energy vehicle industry trends, market dynamics, and product fundamentals.
* Strong market acumen, business negotiation skills, and professional business etiquette awareness.
