Job Description:

Your mission

* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication
* You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries
* You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage
* You identify and resolve potential stumbling blocks in the onboarding process in coordination with customers and colleagues
* You oversee upgrades of our solution for existing clients
* You help to improve our product and processes through close customer contact

Your profile

* You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects
* You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks
* You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations
* You are willing to travel to customer sites
* You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not mandatory
