Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p h3Mission /h3 ul liDefines and validate the detailed manufacturing process for a new product. /li liPerform industrial documentation for the project, define industrial master data and set the manufacturing method time. /li liIn serial phase, drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 h3During specification and preliminary design phases /h3 ul liBring ideas to the Process Engineer or the PIM to guide product definition in order to improve the product manufacturability and achieve QCD targets. /li liParticipate to the product design reviews when required. /li liEstimate Method Time. /li /ul h3During detailed design phase and before Serial Go /h3 ul liParticipate to P-FMEA. /li liParticipate to validation of prototypes if any. /li liRequest tooling when needed and write tooling specifications. /li liDepending on the domain: perform ERP routings, Work Instructions, Inspection Instructions, program for CNC machines. And this ensuring good EHS and ergonomic conditions. /li liPerform work stations task sequencing. /li liValidate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI. /li liCalculate precise Method Time. /li /ul h3After serial Go /h3 ul liIndustrialize retrofit after engineering changes: Routings, Work Instructions, and tooling. /li liSupport Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets. /li liParticipate to continuous improvement workshops (Ex: SWIP). /li liContribute to industrial REX on manufacturing processes. /li /ul h3Educational Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical education: electrical/mechanical/welding skills /li liEnglish read, written, spoken /li /ul h3Desired Knowledge / Experience /h3 ul liManufacturing experience, preferably in the railway industry. /li liTechnical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing. /li liExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up /li liWorking knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics. /li liFamiliar with IS common tools. /li liProcess FMEA, QRQC. /li liTime analysis (MTM, MEK, UAS). /li /ul h3Behavioural Competencies /h3 ul liConscientious.
