What You Can Expect From Us
Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end
Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability
Engage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance existing workflows
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives
Assume technical responsibility for maintaining a high standard of technical quality for the platform
Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from conception to deployment and beyond
What We Would Expect From You
Strong frontend expertise with technologies such as AngularJS, VueJS, or SolidJS
Backend proficiency with Java and Node.js (Express), plus experience in SQL and NoSQL (preferably MongoDB)
Experience with search and analytics engines, such as OpenSearch or ElasticSearch
Skilled in designing scalable, distributed systems with high availability and a DevOps mindset
Collaborative and adaptable, with experience in agile environments and remote team coordination, passion for solving complex technical challenges
Excellent communication skills in English
