About the Position: We are looking for an Industrial Controller to join the Motorsport Finance team, reporting directly to the Motorsport Head of Finance. This position is based at our office in Corbetta (Italy, Milan area). As Industrial Controller, you will be responsible for acting as an individual contributor: Guaranteeing on-time, accurate, and complete reporting to internal stakeholders; Ensuring all postings about receivables, payables, assets, stock are timely and correctly elaborated; Guaranteeing that all administration tasks are in line with procedures. Your Responsibilities will be: Manage and complete headquarter reporting tools, guarantee complete profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and cash flow data are accurate and up-to-date; Elaborate margin analysis for project/customer/product and variance analysis; Stock control and evaluation, including FIFO and obsolescence fund; Cost control on variable and fixed costs (including project budgets); Support budget and forecast elaboration and Ad Hoc reporting; Support evaluation of investment initiatives; ensure correct postings, manage documentation for disposal/sale; Trade payable and receivable: ensure correctness of accounting, check payments list, support invoice verification; support the right attribution of incomes, support overdue recovery, check correct accounting. Support the definition of bad debt fund; Build daily and monthly cash flow forecasts, calculate actuals, and report to HQ through treasury tools; Administration duties: check and validate PRs and manual deliveries, manage opening and closing of projects' budgets. What Qualifications you will bring: At least 3 years of experience in controlling and accounting techniques within a manufacturing environment; Hands-on experience with controlling procedures; Knowledge of automotive or manufacturing business landscape; Strong Excel skills; Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
