Overview
Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an Intermediate Aviation Analyst to join our team of talented consultants providing professional services to Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic. The role supports Aviation Support Departments (ASDs), aviation squadrons, ships, and Department of Defense activities in the Atlantic region. The individual will perform supply support and clerical work to support the organization and provide Supply program functions.
Responsibilities
The following are essential functions for this job but are not exhaustive. Management may assign additional duties as needed:
* Complete transactions, assist customers, review reference files, process requisitions, and distribute output files.
* Monitor and maintain accountability programs in an automated data processing system, ensuring data consistency and cross-referencing.
* Audit property accountable documents for accuracy and compliance, handling additions or deletions of property items.
* Update data in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS), and other databases based on research and analysis.
* Research and resolve unprocessed supply documents, update NSNs, manage inventory limits, and analyze data discrepancies.
* Coordinate procurement actions using standard stock systems for various supply support programs.
* Maintain and review document control registers, ensure proper requisitioning, and communicate discrepancies.
* Generate reports on inventory status, supply actions, and other data as required by management or higher authorities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with naval aviation supply processes and procedures, familiarity with NERP and NALCOMIS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Education/Experience: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Naval Aviation supply.

Clearance Requirements : Must possess a current Secret clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
Physical Requirements
* Frequently lift/move parts up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
* Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
* Climb ladders or manlifts to inventory parts on elevated shelves.
* Regularly bend, stretch, twist, reach, and use arms/hands for handling small objects.
* Wear masks as required by warehouse conditions.
* Occasionally carry items up to 20 lbs for 100 ft.
* Perform physical tasks in environments that may not be climate-controlled.
