The program includes three phases of 6 monthsBuilding your Foundation: You will join our production team and support efficiency and optimization initiativesExploring new horizons: You will embark on functional rotations in selected departments in alignment with the Program Manager (example: Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Lean Management, SHE, etc)Get a strategic perceptive: You will be involved in a cross‐functional project in close collaboration with the regional and global Henkel Adhesive Technology teamsIn parallel you will be introduced to the different supply chain and related functions to build a broad understanding of the organization.You will own and drive multiple cross‐functional projects that lead to continuous improvement within your plant, allowing you to develop deep insight into the different functions of operations and supply chain.As part of the program, you will receive a high level of visibility and guidance from an experienced mentor who will provide ongoing guidance, share feedback on your performance and agree development measures with youExpand your global professional network, exchanging ideas with fellow trainees and connecting with senior leaders, fostering a collaborative and innovative environmentUpon completion of the program, you will be placed in a responsible position across the operations and supply chain organization at one of our locations where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will provide you with a wide range of career opportunities
What Makes You a Good Fit
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics with successful academic recordUp to 2 years of work experience, ideally in a multinational environment with experience in either manufacturing or supply chain rolesEnthusiastic about starting your career journey at our diverse production sitesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships across all organizational levelsStrong problem‐solving and analytical skills with a hands‐on mentality and a process‐oriented approach to effectively implement ideasAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeGreat aptitude for continuous learning and self‐development, with interest in new technologies, digitization and data analysis.Geographic mobilityExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English
