Key Responsibilities: COGS Management: Analyze, manage, and control costs of good sold. Strategic Initiatives: Lead and execute cross-departmental projects with autonomy and minimal guidance, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance. Team Leadership: Manage and provide leadership to local teams of Tour Delivery Coordinators and guides to ensure seamless tour operations across all cities. Performance Enhancement: Take ownership of departmental performance, identifying and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. Analytical Insights: Conduct thorough analyses, develop comprehensive reports, and create detailed dashboards to offer valuable insights into operational performance, supporting data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce B2C 3+ years of managerial experience in operations Degree in Economics, Business, Management, or a related field Skills: Mastery of Excel (including PivotTables, LOOKUP functions, Text Functions, Power BI Integrations) Proficiency in SQL Data Analysis: Dashboard creation, KPI creation & management Familiarity with Project Management Software: Jira, Smartsheet The Tour Guy: The team working at The Tour Guy is creating a user ecosystem that revolutionizes how travelers connect with destinations.
