Position Overview: As the Front Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations at the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of front office staff. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. - Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional service. - Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively. - Monitor and manage room inventory and reservations. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. - Prepare reports on front office activities and performance metrics. - Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the front office department. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve service delivery. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in front office or customer service role. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in hotel software, systems, PMS. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
