Working for Canada Goose isn’t like anything else. We’ve built something great, an iconic brand with an inspirational and authentic history. You will be apart of a larger, but incredibly experienced store management team, and assist in the execution of all plans and strategies developed by the Senior management team to support a variety of functions, including sales, Clientele development, Net Promoter Score, merchandising, operations, talent management and team development. What you will get to do here: Day to day - Uphold and communicate our culture whilst bringing to life the Goose values. - Lead a high performing client facing and service orientated department. Coach and provide feedback to the team ensuring all procedures and policies are understood and adhered to by the team. - Inspire the team with your passion for the brand and role. - Cultivate client relationships to create loyal advocates for the brand whilst coaching your team to do the same. Beyond that you will: - Take on the responsibility of store decisions when the senior management team are absent. - Partner with the Store Management team to lead, develop and improve all instore operating processes. This could be the place for you if you have: - 2 to 4 years retail management experience, preferably in a customer focused environment. - Proven experience working with affluent and luxury brand with a flagship or high-profile retailer. - Natural leadership qualities in developing and mentoring. - Flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday) - Strong time management and organisation skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent attention to detail, taking initiative and promotes a positive working space.
