Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Reporting to the Store Director, the Stock Associate contributes to increase store turnover by participating to the merchandise flow management within the store and strictly follow all internal procedures in terms of logistics.

MISSION
A Business Developper:
6. Follow-up and control the monthly turning inventories and specific action plans
7. Prepare the annual inventory and look for any discrepancies
8. Guarantee consistent level of stock to achieve sales target
A Brand Promoter:
Promote the brand’s culture internally and externally
9. Work with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented, collaborative, available and versatile approach
Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards
10. Maintain organization, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the Visual Merchandising Standard
Guarantee excellent customer experience
11. Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained
12. Follow the guidelines provided by HQs regarding the clienteling approach

A Process Supporter:
17. Receive, check, label and store all merchandise being received
18. Organize and tidy up stock areas
19. Check in and handle transfers
20. Handle all administrative procedures related to the merchandise flow
21. Prepare and pack all ready-to-be-shipped products, as well as handle all
22. administrative parts
23. Prepare and ship all returned merchandise to the outlets and
24. Warehouse
25. Handle packaging and small stationery’s orders
26. Adhere to all Company Policies & and follow all Company Operational
