Nature and aim of the position
The telesales position is a field sales role responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets through the management and development of the allocated customer portfolio, as well as the acquisition of new clients within specific business areas.
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Manage the assigned portfolio, ensuring that all customer interactions are fully documented in the CRM.
