IT Help Desk & Cybersecurity Compliance Manager Masterbilt Inc. is seeking a hands‐on IT Help Desk & Cybersecurity Compliance Manager to support day‐to‐day IT operations across all company locations while assisting with cybersecurity and CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts. This role is help desk‐focused, serving as the primary point of contact for employee IT support, new‐hire technology setup, system access, and ongoing maintenance. In addition, this position supports cybersecurity documentation, user compliance, and coordination with external IT providers to ensure Masterbilt remains compliant with CMMC Level 2 and government contract requirements. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, troubleshooting technology, staying organized, and supporting a secure IT environment in a manufacturing setting. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities ________________________________________ IT Help Desk & Employee Support (Primary Focus) Serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT support requests across all Masterbilt locations Set up computers, accounts, and system access for new hires on their first day Perform employee onboarding and offboarding IT tasks, including: Email and system access MFA setup Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network access issues Coordinate repairs, replacements, and updates for employee devices Manage operating system updates, patches, and routine maintenance Maintain IT ticket tracking, prioritization, and resolution Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle documentation ________________________________________ Cybersecurity & Compliance Support (Secondary Focus) Support CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800‐171 compliance efforts Assist with maintaining: System Security Plan (SSP) POA&M Evidence and documentation repositories Enforce security best practices for: Access control MFA usage Support employee cybersecurity training and annual compliance acknowledgments Assist with vendor coordination for cybersecurity tools (EDR, patching, logging, etc.) ________________________________________ Act as the internal liaison with outsourced IT providers and MSPs Escalate complex issues while tracking resolution and follow‐up Ensure IT and cybersecurity controls are implemented consistently across all sites Support audits, assessments, and documentation requests as needed ________________________________________ Documentation & Governance Maintain clear, organized IT and cybersecurity documentation Assist with policy updates related to: Acceptable use Access management Data protection Ensure IT processes align with company security and compliance standards ________________________________________ Requirements Qualifications Required 2–5 years of experience in: IT Help Desk or IT Support Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows systems and common business applications Experience setting up and supporting user accounts, computers, and peripherals Comfortable supporting multiple locations and remote users xrdztoy Strong organization, communication, and follow‐through Preferred Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800‐171, ISO, etc.) Experience working with managed IT service providers Manufacturing, aerospace, or regulated environment experience Security+, Network+, or similar certifications (not required) ________________________________________ Success in This Role Looks Like Employees receive timely, effective IT support across all locations New hires are fully set up and ready on Day One IT systems are maintained, updated, and secure Cybersecurity documentation and evidence remain organized and audit‐ready IT issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated clearly ________________________________________ Why Join Masterbilt Inc.
