A leading eCommerce agency is looking for a highly strategic Account Director to lead one of their largest Amazon clients across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of a multi-category brand across Amazon platforms.
As the strategic lead, you’ll oversee a major Amazon Ads account with multiple product categories and multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide two high-performing Account Managers and work closely with the broader European team to drive performance, innovation, and strategic clarity.
🧠 What You’ll Do
* Own the Amazon advertising strategy (PPC and DSP) for a key client
* Act as the primary strategic partner across regional and global brand stakeholders
* Lead internal planning and external communications to ensure campaign alignment and success
* Guide and coach Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and insight-driven planning
* Develop scalable strategies that combine ad performance, creative, and retail insight
* Navigate and coordinate across multiple markets, teams, and timelines
✅ What They’re Looking For
* Deep expertise in Amazon PPC and DSP advertising, with a strong understanding of retail media
* Strategic thinker with experience working across complex client environments
* Excellent client-facing communication skills; confident leading senior-level conversations
* Highly organised and able to delegate effectively in fast-paced settings
* Experience with cross-market strategy or consumer electronics is a plus
* Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable

* You’ll report to a Senior Director
* You'll manage a team of two experienced Account Managers
* Collaborate with a wider team across Europe, all focused on eCommerce excellence
Salary range €50,000 - €55,000
