You will work closely with field teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders to maximise plant performance and energy production. /ppbWhat You’ll Do : /b /pulliDaily Operations : /li /ulpMonitor solar plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe and efficient operations. /pulliMaintenance Oversight : /li /ulpHelp plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. /pulliTeam Coordination : /li /ulpSupport and guide field technicians, promoting safe and efficient work practices. /pulliPerformance Monitoring : /li /ulpAnalyse plant data (KPIs), identify underperformance, and help implement solutions. /ppWork closely with asset managers, EPC contractors, and suppliers. /pulliReporting : /li /ulpbAssist in preparing technical and operational reports. /b /pulliHSE Compliance : /li /ulpEnsure all activities meet health, safety, and environmental standards. /ppbWhat We’re Looking For : /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required). /liliAt least 3 years of experience in renewable energy operations (solar, wind, or energy storage). /liliHands-on understanding of solar PV systems, including inverters, trackers, and SCADA systems. /liliItalian and English languages- fluent. /liliBasic experience or strong motivation to move into OM management. /liliKnowledge of HSE regulations and technical compliance. /li /ulpbNice to Have : /b /pulliMaster’s degree in Renewable Energy or Engineering Management. /liliFamiliarity with CMMS systems and ISO standards. /liliExperience working with international IPPs or renewable energy developers. /li /ulpThis is a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer passionate about clean energy to step into a leadership role, grow professionally, and contribute to the success of large-scale renewable projects. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
