Editorial Content Manager
Your Mission
Within the Brand Communication Dept, you will lead the creation of a 360° global editorial content strategy across consumer-facing touchpoints, both online and offline. Your focus will be on aligning with brand strategy, channel needs, and KPIs.
With a strong emphasis on storytelling, quality, and consistency, you will manage the entire editorial content production process through collaboration with internal teams (Communication, Marketing, Media, Brand Creation, Visual Merchandising, Digital Department, CRM) and external vendors.
How will you make an impact
* Define the brand's editorial identity in collaboration with the Brand Communication Director.
* Develop, implement, and manage the overall editorial content strategy aligned with brand positioning and communication goals.
* Curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including social media, advertising, websites, newsletters, and in-store communication to enhance brand storytelling.
* Maintain and evolve the brand’s verbal identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
* Coordinate with external copywriters to ensure outsourced content aligns with brand tone and voice.
* Stay informed on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors; leverage insights to refine content strategies.
* Design optimal customer journeys across communication touchpoints.
* Act as a guardian of the brand’s editorial expression.
* Create messages and assets suited for different platforms and layouts.
* Assist in marketing briefings by outlining content needs for cross-channel strategies.
How will you experience success
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
* Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Strong planning and project management abilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
* Strategic thinking with a creative approach to content.
* Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong soft skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Interview process
1. Initial contact within 2 weeks after application submission for an introductory call.
2. Interview with our Senior HR Manager.
3. Final interview with our Brand Communication Director and CMO.
