Ph3Description /h3 pThe Property Claims Manager is responsible for managing property claims from initial notification through to settlement. This includes conducting investigations assessing liability confirming coverage and evaluating damages. The role also involves managing subrogation claims and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate claims resolution. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage property claims from opening to settlement including investigation, liability assessment, coverage confirmation and damage assessment. /li liOversee subrogation claims management processes. /li liLiaise with surveyors and legal firms both nationally and internationally to support claims handling. /li liCommunicate effectively with brokers and insureds providing service and strategic guidance throughout the claims process. /li liMaintain accurate and up-to-date claim files by consistently updating information as it is gathered. /li liCollaborate with all other Chubb functions to provide prompt and effective responses. /li liEnsure all work is performed in accordance with company best practices and guidelines. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pKnowledge Experience /p ul liFluent written and spoken English. /li liLaw or business economics degree. /li liKnowledge of the main regulations governing international transport. /li liNegotiation skills and ability to anticipate critical issues. /li liProblem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to work in a team. /li liIntegrity, professionalism and resilience. /li liWillingness to move to Madrid. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
