You will supervise and support the shift team in the development of work plans defined by the schedule, ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area. You will work with the unit supervisor to create an effective working environment and reinforce production schedules and quality. This position reports to: Production Engineering Manager Your responsibilities: - Assist unit supervisor in shift processing, coordination and execution of work plan within production lines during the shift. - Provide regular feedback and make recommendations for the management of issues within the production line, including - production line organization, prioritization and possible critical situations. - Assist the unit supervisor in implementing personnel movements in case of holidays, illness, work stoppages or priority - setting. - Act as a coordinator during the shifts to solve technical/quality and logístical problems. - Focus on volume, efficiency and delivery times. - Ensure that the shift is performed in accordance with safety policies and guidelines. Your background: - Five-year diploma. - At least 10 years' experience in production/logistics. - Basic knowledge of English and the office package. - Analytical and problem solving skills. Autonomy, proactiveness, result orientation. - Good interpersonal skills and interest in working in a dynamic context that requires interaction with other company functions.
