Candidate Profile
An accomplished hospitality professional with proven experience in a senior housekeeping leadership role within a luxury or upscale environment, demonstrating a strong ability to lead large teams, manage complex operations, and consistently deliver exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic direction of the housekeeping function in alignment with the property's vision and luxury standards
Establish, monitor, and continuously elevate quality benchmarks across all areas of responsibility
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, pride, and excellence
Ensure seamless daily operations, with particular focus on VIP guests and high-profile requirements
Oversee comprehensive inspection programs to guarantee flawless execution and presentation
Direct all housekeeping operations with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail
Anticipate operational needs based on occupancy and business levels, ensuring optimal resource allocation
Oversee inventory management, procurement processes, and cost control initiatives
Ensure all materials, linens, and amenities consistently reflect luxury standards
Collaborate closely with Engineering and other departments to maintain facilities at peak condition
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team through structured training, coaching, and development programs
Promote a culture of ownership, engagement, and continuous improvement

Lead recruitment, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
