Responsabilità:
- Prepare and update the production plan for all site lines.
- Manage and coordinate production scheduling activities.
- Analyze orders and production specifications upon receipt.
- Issue production orders for lines and cutting machines.
- Develop the forecast received from the Supply Chain Manager and monitor line loading using ERP.
- Schedule line workloads based on delivery dates and product type.
- Report any delays to Customer Care.
- Update production schedules based on feedback from department supervisors.
- Support the Purchasing function in planning raw material procurement.
- Participate in monthly planning of raw material orders.
- Collaborate with Logistics to align and optimize the production and shipping plans.
- Collect data for KPI monitoring and report to the Functional Manager.
- Contribute to improvement objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifiche:
Education
- Education: Degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Languages: English.level B1 (Intermediate)
- IT Skills: Good knowledge of digital tools and ERP systems.
- Specific Knowledge: Planning techniques, transport and warehouse organization.
