We bring water to life! - We have an opportunity for a Materials Team Leader to join our Lugnano, Italia team. You will lead material handling team and you will manage efficient material flow in cooperation with other departments. You will report to Logistics Manager. - You will: - Guarantee safety standards and safety procedure respect - Organize daily team work - Collect and analyze daily performance data - Support continuous improvement of logistic processes - Support logistics team for drafting of standards and work instructions - Identify education needs and cooperate to organize trainings - Key Qualifications: - High school degree - 3 years of relevant experience in similar role gained in complex environments - Deep knowledge of logistics processes - Strong communication and team working skills - Available to work on shifts - Good knowledge of SAP MM module (WM is a plus), Excel and Outlook - Basic knowledge in English - Forklift driver license and experience (reachtruck is preferred) - Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Diversity and Inclusion: - With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
