TXT Group is looking for a QA Engineer who wants to move beyond traditional testing. You will join an international team of excellence, dedicated to developing a revolutionary suite of applications for aircraft configuration management. You won’t just be testing interfaces; you will be working on cutting-edge technological solutions integrating 3D and VR support, setting new collaborative standards for the aviation industry.
Location: Milan or Full Remote.
Your Mission within the Agile Team
As part of a cross-functional Scrum team, you will be the guardian of quality throughout every 14-day sprint. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategy and Design: Defining comprehensive test plans based on complex business requirements and User Experience.
Automation Core: Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites integrated into Continuous Integration pipelines.
Quality Governance: Bug tracking, executing regression tests, and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Seamless communication with developers, product owners, and international clients to ensure technical alignment.
Your Technical and Professional Profile
We are seeking professionals who combine an analytical mindset with practical development expertise.
Essential Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years for Middle profiles; 6+ years for Senior profiles.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript and C# applied to web application testing.
Methodology: Solid experience within Agile development environments.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Languages: Fluent English (mandatory for our global context).
Value-Added Skills (Plus):
ISTQB Certification.
Experience with 3D technologies, VR, or within the Aerospace/Aviation sector.
Knowledge of bug tracking systems and Continuous Deployment tools.
Knowledge of the German language.
