We are committed to excellence and are seeking a talented and dynamic Restaurant General Manager for our Milan location. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional passionate about quality and organizational growth. The successful candidate will oversee food, service, health & safety standards, ensure legal compliance, and drive the restaurant's profitable performance by effectively utilizing staff and resources.

What do we look for?

* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
* Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments such as hospitality or food & beverage services
* Proven expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues
* Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with a focus on team development
* Strategic operational approach with strong financial management and business development skills
* Outstanding communication skills to build relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
* Passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, with a focus on quality and precision
* Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
* Fluency in Italian and English

What will you work on?

* Maintain high standards of service, from food presentation to guest interaction
* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
* Lead by example on the floor, demonstrating a strong presence in service and operations
* Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
* Ensure legal compliance and stay informed of relevant laws and regulations
* Drive recruitment, training, and performance management to develop a skilled team
* Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within FOH and BOH teams
* Collaborate with marketing to increase footfall, revenue, and brand awareness
* Monitor guest satisfaction to ensure high-quality customer experiences
* Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety
* Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory to minimize waste and ensure efficiency
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage contracts to meet deadlines and deals
* Act as a liaison between the restaurant and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment
