S/he will be anticipating risks and proactively informing the related head on issues and timing changes.Key accountabilities
Define and maintain project activities planningManage in an efficient/effective way the internal and external resources dedicated/involved in the projectPromote communication, good relationships and commitment within the project teamParticipate in evaluating requests for process improvements in the project scope areas, executing in-depth analysis of the requests with the process owners according to the guidelines shared with the managerAllocate resources to the needed activities, executing periodic checks on progress and periodically perform control activities, updating Referents and Steering Committee, proactively highlighting possible risks/issues and implementing the defined actions to minimize risksli>Keep the proper contacts with Process Owners, Key-Users and other Business Referents, manage the meeting calendars, guarantee that the requested Documentation (project and cross‐project) is delivered as established for the different project execution phases, checks the quality of intermediate results/deliverables, to be aligned with the business needs and the IT standardsAssure the Core‐ERP‐Platforms Running team (Application Maintenance) involvement to perform the proper project handoverGive support to teams in consulting and mentoring on methodology and deal with exceptionsMonitor project economics status, to be in line with the planned costs and to highlight possible deviationsEnsure that the project implementations are coherent with IT Governance in all phases of the process, from initial approval to follow‐up and final user acceptance
Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent2/4 years' experience as a Project Manager in managing projects or initiatives, in system integration consulting companies and/or IT departments of multinational companiesExperience in projects related to Order‐To‐Cash or Logistics areas (in terms of processes, models and solutions) will be preferredKnowledge of SAP environment related to Supply Chain (S/4 or ECC) will be highly preferred.Project Management skills and ability to coordinate cross functional and international teamsPrevious experiences on Analytics management/Data Governance will be considered a plusStrong relational and leadership skillsHigh levels of energy, motivation and proactivity, with a problem‐solving approach and willingness to achieve resultsFluency in Italian and English
