You will align with the Finance Transformation Program and Group FPA, driving end-to-end FPA improvements and strong adoption across stakeholders. You act as a senior change leader, translating business needs into actionable FPA solutions while leveraging new technologies. The position offers a global scope with hybrid work, focusing on scalable, insight-driven FPA that supports senior leadership decisions. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliProvide governance and oversight for the evolution of Motion FPA processes with clear ownership /liliLead transition to new Management Reporting (MR) and Group Reporting (GR) processes across Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs /liliSupport transition and stabilization of planning processes in SAC with proper integration to FPA cycles /liliClarify business requirements, challenge timelines and scope, and address gaps or misalignments /liliCoordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders /liliPrioritize tradeoffs and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations affecting FPA processes /liliAct as back-up for planning activities to ensure resilience during cycles /liliServe as senior coordination point between Group FPA, Group Controlling, Motion FPA and cross-Business Area teams /liliManage dependencies and decision points across stakeholders and initiatives /liliContribute to FPA Communities of Practice with tangible outcomes /liliBe the main point of contact for FPA topics in the finance transformation program /liliProvide structure and continuity across transformation initiatives /liliPartner with Motion FPA teams and Division CFOs to enable a scalable FPA organization /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli15+ years of progressive finance experience with mastery in FPA, finance transformation and enterprise systems (e.g., CFIN, SAC, Global BW, SAP/ERP) /liliStrategic financial acumen translating PL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow into actionable insights /liliDigital data excellence with Power BI, modern finance tech and data modeling /liliExperience with ABB’s SAP/ERP landscape and related systems; openness to AI and new tech /liliProven ability to influence across senior and operational stakeholders in a matrix, international environment /liliChange leadership and execution capability for enterprise transformations; pragmatic, outcome-oriented delivery /liliConfident yet constructive governance style with stakeholder engagement and escalation skills /liliAgile mindset and ability to operate across global/local contexts without formal authority /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
