* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Risk Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting general and basic social compliance assessments based on procedures and client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies. They should also possess sufficient professional experience to meet the expectations for auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews, reviewing employment records, and performing wage tests and related calculations;
Maintaining knowledge of social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;
Interacting primarily with internal team members, such as training, coordinator, and administrative staff;
Working with team members to accomplish tasks during on-site assessments and reporting processes;
Adhering to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A university degree (graduate level or higher) with a specialization in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies;
In-depth understanding of international, national, and local laws and standards relevant to labor compliance;
Proven ability to carry out supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews, reviewing employment records, and performing wage tests and related calculations;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
Travel flexibility and time management skills, with the ability to work independently under varying conditions.
