As the business grows, the need arises to optimise and assist with reorganising yard, duties may be required to be completed outside of standard operational hours.

Key Responsibilities
As part of a dedicated team you will be responsible for:
* Yard Optimisation: Redesigning and organising yard layouts to maximise space and flow.
* Forklift Operations: Expertly handling stock, loading/unloading vehicles, and moving heavy materials safely.
* Inventory Management: Conducting rigorous stock counts and reconciling physical stock against digital records.
* Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all sites meet health and safety standards during your visit.
* Storage Installation: Executing the safe dismantling and relocation of racking units in alignment with changing operational requirements.
* Site Maintenance (Handyman Duties): Performing essential facility repairs and general maintenance tasks to ensure all depot environments remain functional, safe, and professional.
What We’re Looking For
* The License: You must hold a valid, accredited Forklift License (Counterbalance) with significant operating experience.
* The Drive: A full UK Driving License is essential, as you will be traveling extensively.
* Operational Standards: You possess a meticulous approach to yard organisation, with a commitment to maintaining orderly and efficient workspaces.
* Attention to Detail: You demonstrate a high level of precision in inventory management, ensuring rigorous accuracy during stock counts and reconciliation processes.
* Flexibility: You are comfortable with travel and overnight stays (all expenses covered).
