To support our growth, we are seeking a Real Estate Consultant to join the Industrial & Logistics team within Engel & Völkers Commercial Milan Lombardia, focusing on Letting, Advisory, and Capital Market activities.
Responsibilities
* Conducting property searches and market analysis;
* Developing marketing strategies and managing the sales process from negotiation to closing;
* Handling daily negotiations;
* Communicating with assigned institutional operators and seeking new contacts;
* Using and updating the company CRM regularly;
* Providing agency opinions and feasibility studies.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in real estate, preferably in Industrial & Logistics sectors;
* Strong passion for Real Estate, especially in the Commercial sector;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Desire to grow within an international group;
* Professionalism, integrity, and commitment;
* Team-oriented attitude;
* Good organizational and self-management skills;
* Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus;
* Comfortable with IT tools;
* Possession of a VAT number or willingness to obtain one;
* Real Estate Agent license is preferred.
