PpThe GEB Business Service Centre (BSC) in Assago, Italy, is a service company that will be primarily focusing on providing services to our clients and network partners and support the overall division activity. The GEB bHR Specialist /b will be dealing with all operational HR topics linked to an employee lifecycle. The incumbent will part of the GEB Human Resources Team. /p pThe GEB HR Specialist will be involved in a wide range of HR activities and will focus on the Italian based primarily. Main Accountabilities (non-exhaustive list): /p ul liActing as a truly business partner for the relevant departments /li liPromote a collaborative and inclusive environment that facilitates the engagement of employees and their professional development /li liRecruit highly qualified employees, fostering diversity and inclusion in the organization /li liPromote a fair performance-based appraisal methodology to properly evaluate employees’ performance and reward them /li liDevelop the full potential of GEB’s workforce by supporting the implementation of training and development programs for employees /li liPrepare the monthly payroll data to be processed by the external payroll provider and control the payslips accuracy /li liParticipate to payroll, HR Admin, CompBen, labour cost and workforce planning activities /li liProvide counselling and support on policies and procedures Adhere to laws and regulations /li liContribute to the further development of HRIS /li liPerform duties such as job descriptions, job posting promotion and HR reporting analytics /li liContribute to the GEB governance model and to the related organizational changes /li liEnsure gender and diversity concepts are well spread within the organisation /li liSupport actively Employer Branding and internal communication activities /li liContribute to HR initiatives/projects, in collaboration with the whole GEB HR team /li liLiaise with HR professionals within the Group to promote GEB employees, values and initiatives /li liReport to Finance payroll data /li liDesign, implement and then daily manage comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and engage employees /li liConduct analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure salary structures and benefits remain competitive /li liProvide insights on HR budgets, cost efficiency, and workforce trends to inform decision-making (through one off analysis or recurrent reporting) /li liManage company car fleet /li /ul pThe above list is not limitative and may be amended/adapted at any time by the Employer, at its own discretion, in accordance with the business needs. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, with a strong passion for people /li liMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the Italian market within the HR field /li liSolid understanding of local Italian HR practices and regulations /li liInternational experience is a strong advantage, though not essential /li liFluent in Italian and English at a business level; any additional language, especially French, is considered an asset /li liDynamic and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership /li liResilient, with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities with adaptability and efficiencyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making /li liPositive mindset, highly motivated to drive change /li liWillingness to work in an international and multicultural environment /li /ul pThe ideal candidate will have a flexible and entrepreneurial approach to work, be dynamic, passionate and committed, open-minded, and eager to take on new challenges and explore new ways of doing things.
