In this role you drive the HSE strategy across the project lifecycle for modules construction, ensuring compliance and a strong safety culture. You collaborate with project teams and clients to manage risks, audits, and emergency preparedness, while promoting safe, sustainable practices at design, procurement, and on-site phases. You will shape HSE plans, lead investigations, and coordinate training to support zero-incident performance and project success. This position offers a path to lead safety initiatives within a global energy technology leader.

* Define project HSE plans, risk management strategy and activities across the project lifecycle
* Plan, implement and coordinate all HSE activities per requirements and regulations
* Interface with project management and client representatives on HSE matters
* Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and company policies across all activities
* Assist risk management through method statements, JSAs, HAZID/HAZOP studies
* Ensure emergency preparedness, drills, and follow-ups
* Monitor environmental aspects (waste, emissions, hazardous materials)
* Develop and maintain HSE KPIs, reports, and conduct periodic meetings
* Lead incident investigations using RCA and ensure corrective actions
* Coordinate internal HSE supervision to ensure policy and project alignment
* Develop and coordinate project safety training and promote safety culture
* Establish HSE cultural initiatives (Safety Days, campaigns, toolbox talks)
Responsabilità
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (BSc)
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in project HSE management in EPC/Construction, preferably Oil & Gas or Energy
* Knowledge of local and international HSE laws, regulations and standards
* Excellent written and verbal communication and project management track record
* Internal auditor qualifications for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; knowledge of ISO 9001
* Familiarity with method statements, JSAs, HAZOP/HAZID
* Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Ability to demonstrate leadership in HSE process implementation
