PpJoin to apply for the bRLT Isotope Operational Coordinator /b role at bNovartis Pharma Schweiz /b /p p6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwns order creation, Goods Receipt and invoicing processes for TRD RLT, ensuring budget adherence in close collaboration with EPM PLs and PO owners. /li liLeads the TRD RLT Operational Planning meeting, coordinating demand and forecasts for isotopes and cRP/CDMO manufacturing schedules across the RLT clinical portfolio. /li liHolds operational planning responsibility for Supply Chain aspects, from isotope orders and shipment coordination to planning of finished DP manufacturing with external suppliers. /li liCoordinates operational planning activities with internal functions and external service providers, acting as the SPOC for operational planning. /li liSupports EPM activities related to the CSOP process and in systems such as SAP, MDGS, etc. (supplier registrations, audit requests, data maintenance). /li liIdentifies process gaps and improvement opportunities, and supports process definition and S4/HANA SAP implementation during the LDC phase. /li liIs accountable for quality, quantity and timelines of all assigned tasks, ensuring adherence to Novartis standards and Values Behaviors. /li liContributes to the achievement of annual individual and team objectives. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical background with strong interest and aptitude for business administration and planning processes. /li li4+ years’ professional experience in supply chain or operational planning, ideally in a GxP/Pharma or similarly regulated environment. /li liProven experience with administrative and planning processes, including order and planning management, and interaction with 3rd-party supply chain service providers. /li liDesirable knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals or radioactive source logistics, and hands‑on experience with SAP (preferably S4/HANA, including use and implementation). /li liAutonomous, proactive, and results‑oriented, with experience operating in complex corporate organizations. /li liStrong team player with excellent cross‑functional coordination and communication skills. /li liSolid planning and order management capabilities. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Why Novartis? /h3 pOur purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
