To strengthen our Software Delivery unit, we are seeking engineers who are passionate about growth and technological evolution, eager to develop their careers within a dynamic and innovative environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve technological and business objectives.
Your role:
Your duties and responsibilities:
* Support production issues, including tuning, log analysis, diagnostics, and supervision.
* Provide in-depth consulting on business development frameworks.
* Work on architectural themes.
* Manage software life cycle processes.
* Participate in Group Architecture and Tools Assessments.
* Offer architectural consulting to clients.
* Update development guidelines and onboard applications onto new pipelines.
* Monitor technology trends, adopt guidelines/tools, and support hybrid cloud platforms, including escalation support for Operations.

Additional tasks may be assigned as your role expands.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required:
* Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (minimum score: 105/110).
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Competence in Java and .Net.
* Experience with Department and Cloud technologies.
* Good knowledge of web/cloud application frameworks.
* Proven work experience of at least 5 years.
