Experteer Overview

In this role you drive revenue growth through a partner network across Europe, balancing mature and developing markets. You own partner-driven pipeline and commercial outcomes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into closed deals. You will activate new partners where needed and guide execution through the sales cycle with discipline and strategic insight. This role offers the chance to shape partner ecosystems, optimize deal strategies, and influence market development in a global water technology leader.


Retribuzione / Benefits

* Own partner-driven pipeline and revenue targets across defined European markets
* Act as the primary commercial owner of partner relationships to drive opportunity creation and deal progression
* Drive partner accountability for qualified opportunities and closed business
* Manage named strategic partners and onboard new partners in developing markets
* Collaborate with partners and Direct Sales on account planning, qualification, and deal strategy
* Provide commercial leadership on partner-led opportunities including deal structuring and pricing
* Ensure efficient progression of partner-led opportunities through the sales cycle
* Coordinate targeted enablement so partners can sell Xylem Vue solutions
* Align with internal teams (Client Solution Architects, Sales Support, Marketing) to support active deals
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and support complex bids with the Bid Office
* Track and report partner performance and lead reviews to drive improvements
* Recommend resource allocation or corrective actions based on data


Responsabilità

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
* Minimum 7/8 years’ experience in indirect sales, partner management, or channel-led go-to-market roles
* Proven track record of generating revenue through partners in complex B2B environments
* Strong commercial skills including deal structuring, pricing, and margin management
* Experience operating in matrix organizations and collaborating across functions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
