We are seeking a diligent night auditor to join our staff. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, processing their bills, and attending to any requests made by guests during your shift.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Welcome and promptly escort guests within the hotel during Night shift
* Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests' care) according to policies and procedures
* Dealing with enquiries both over the phone and face to face
* Anticipate guests needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience
* Handle cash and credit card payments as outlined
* Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all colleagues
* Be punctual at all times and adhere to general rules strictly
* Summarize each night's operations and list any follow-up tasks for management
* Complete the Night Audit controls and make all necessary adjustments in order to run the End of Day procedure with correct figures
* Prepare and review activities and reports for the next day and pass all necessary information to the Daily team and Management
* Coordinate and supervise Hotel Night activities in cooperation with other Hotel Night Staff members and take action when necessary
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in English and an additional language
* Proficiency with computers
* Ability in multitasking, problem solving and time-management
* Excellent guest service attitude
* Teamwork skills and attitude
* Past experience in customer service or hospitality
