Site Officer Permit to Work (PTW) (m/f/d)

Role Purpose: Responsible for establishing, operating and monitoring the Permit-to-Work system during commissioning in compliance with EHS and interface requirements.
Set up and manage the PTW system and PTW office on site
Deliver PTW inductions and training for all assigned roles
Manage PTWs, authorizations, qualifications and isolation key systems
Coordinate PTWs at interfaces with customers, consortium partners and third parties
Prepare and apply emergency and abnormal situation procedures
Monitor PTW and EHS compliance through site inspections and reporting
2–3 years’ experience in commissioning or a comparable site-based role
Solid construction site experience and process implementation capability
Strong EHS focus and authority to enforce rules
High intercultural awareness
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical qualification
