Specialising in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) services, our mission is to support customers in the design and construction of sustainable infrastructure and plants, actively contributing to the energy transition.We are currently looking for a Project Control Manager.The candidate shall be able to address all aspects related to Planning & Cost Control activities on Pipeline Construction Project reporting directly to the Project Manager and timely reporting to HQ.The Project Control Manager shall be responsible for the following:ResponsibilitiesCoordinate timely scheduling and cost controlling activities, review and forecast sessions with project team members and Project ManagerReporting and tracking trends as they emergeTrack, log, and close project issues and deficienciesSupport Project Managers on Project Control activities (Work Statements, Schedule monitoring, reporting)Schedule and organize defined review meetingsObtain, review and analyze vendor progress reports/schedules in order to reflect updates and their associated impacts on the Overall Project Master ScheduleTake the initiative to work with contractors, gathering necessary schedule insights in order to analyze critical path(s), schedule variations, and progress trendsCoordinate the lessons learned as well as conduct lessons learned sessions with the project teamsEnsure early preparation of the budget cooperating with Project Manager and Construction ManagerPrepare monthly Cost Control Report to track Actual Cost, Committed Costs and Forecast at Completion CostsQualificationsGood knowledge (written and spoken) of English and Italian is required, German would be an advantageAt least 5 years\' experience in Pipeline Construction in Oil & Gas sectorUniversity degree with 5 years of previous related Project Controls experience OR equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong analytical, interpretive, organizational and problem solving skillsThe position requires an individual who is able to handle a massive workload, short expiry dates with high impact activitiesAbility to professionally liaise with internal and external groupsPossess keen attention for detailsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong computer skills are required with proven proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Oracle Primavera (P6), TilosMotivated team player, able to work with team members and meet deadlinesWork location: Busseto + projects abroadAll CVs must be submitted with authorization for the processing of personal data in accordance with EU Regulation No. 2016/679 - GDPR.
