About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires exceptional customer service skills and experience in managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
* Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
* Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Requirements:

* Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Store Manager in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level.
* Skills: Exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, and fluency in both Italian and English.
