Job Description
Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office, we are seeking a talented and proactive professional to join our team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Managing end-to-end select Group Academy training activities, from needs analysis to execution.
2. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of learning and development initiatives.
3. Designing and delivering programs such as classroom training, workshops, speaker series, panel discussions, e-learning, and team-building activities.
4. Serving as the liaison for internal and external trainers to support course and curriculum implementation.
5. Coordinating with local and global Learning & Development partners to utilize relevant tools and resources.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience focused on training and people development.
- Strong networking skills and ability to motivate project teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience liaising with various corporate stakeholders.
- Facilitation and training skills.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Relationship management skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
