About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Manager (Future CFO Track) to support Institute Itech's financial architecture, business planning, and investment strategy.
This is a middle-level strategic role designed for candidates who are strong in:
economic analysis
business planning
investment research
documentation for fundraising
financial modelling
managing contacts with investors, banks, and crowdfunding platforms
The selected candidate will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, contributing to the foundation of the company's financial structure and funding roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Develop financial models, forecasts, and multi-year budgeting
Prepare pitch decks, business plans, and investment documentation
Conduct economic analyses for each Institute Itech project
Manage investor relations and coordinate early-stage fundraising
Identify opportunities for crowdfunding, seed financing, and grant-based funding
Support due diligence, financial compliance, and audit preparation
Collaborate with the CEO and project leaders on financial strategy and cost structure
Track KPIs, cash flow, and scenario-based projections
Monitor market trends in MedTech, sustainability, education tech, and AI sectors
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, venture analysis, or consulting
Strong ability to structure business plans, forecasts, and investment documents
Good understanding of startup economics, market evaluation, and risk analysis
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to communicate with investors, financial institutions, and funding platforms
Fluent in English (Italian is a strong plus)
Autonomous, reliable, and capable of managing sensitive financial tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in early-stage startups, accelerators, or innovation environments
Knowledge of VC processes, due diligence, pitch structuring, and equity models
Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms (equity, lending, reward-based)
Background in economics, finance, quantitative methods, or management engineering
Motivation to grow into a C-level financial leadership role
