SUPPLIER AUDITS
Conduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group's suppliersPromote and disseminate a culture of health and safety throughout the entire production chain, in line with the company's Code of Ethics, Supplier Code of Conduct, and core valuesVerify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulationsFollow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation
SUPPORT TO INDUSTRIAL HSE MANAGERS (RSPP)
Support the Prada Group's industrial HSE ManagersPerform risk assessments within the companyPrepare and deliver H&S training to Prada Group personnelImplement and monitor compliance with H&S procedures within the company (e.g., checking the use of PPE, monitoring workplace accidents, drafting emergency management procedures, conducting drills)
Knowledge and Skills
5-7 years of experience in a similar roleDegree in Humanities, Economics, or LawKnowledge of sustainability topics: Working conditions, Occupational health and safety, Environmental protection, and Business ethics
