Position Summary
Nestlé Confectionary is looking for a passionate and ambitious candidate to join its dynamic Gifting & Seasonal Confectionery marketing Team.
You will have the opportunity to support the Team in implementing the All year Around and Seasonal (Valentine’s Day, Easter and Christmas) plan for confectionery brands: Baci Perugina, Perugina, KitKat, Smarties, Galak and After Eight.
You will support the Team in designing the product portfolio for both Retail & Out of Retail channels for 2026 campaigns, through market data analysis and I&R process (from idea generation, to launch and post-evaluation). You will also support the Team in managing PR and Media activities (digital in particular) of 2026 campaigns.
A Day in the Life of a Marketing Intern
* Tracking and monitoring brand performance in the market
* Support the Team in both internal (finance, trade marketing, sales) and external stakeholders (creative, digital and PR agencies) activities
* Support in innovation and renovation process with focus on artwork development and approval
* Support for the development/implementation of digital activities (web sites, e-commerce, e-retailer’ contents)
* Support for the implementation of consumer/trade promotional materials

* Passionate about marketing, with a positive and curious attitude
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and comfort in working with numbers
* Responsible, proactive and results‑oriented
* Good communication and relationship skills
* Fluent in both Italian & English
