This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing Customer Success team across the EMEA region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention while maximizing revenue growth. The position involves coaching and developing a team of Customer Success Managers, analyzing customer and product data to identify improvement opportunities, and implementing processes to optimize team efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, influence product strategies, and ensure that clients achieve their desired outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑growing, dynamic, and collaborative environment, ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on delivering measurable impact.
Accountabilities
* Lead and manage a growing Customer Success team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
* Coach and develop team members to enhance skills and ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
* Drive revenue growth by building scalable processes and optimizing team effectiveness.
* Analyze customer and product data to identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and retention.
* Collaborate with Operations and other internal teams to design and implement workflows, automations, and best practices.
* Proactively surface operational and strategic opportunities to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience managing a Customer Success team in a high‑growth B2B SaaS company.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding customer retention and renewal targets.
* Strong data orientation and experience leveraging insights to improve team and customer outcomes.
* Experience managing teams and clients across multiple countries and time zones preferred.
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
* Experience in remote team management, high‑growth start‑ups, Fintech or HRtech environments preferred.
* Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
