Position Summary
You will be responsible for delivering accurate and on-time monthly payroll for Nestlé Group Italy Employees in compliance with local legal and company policies.
A day in the life of a Plant HR Administrator
* Ensure end to end processes are properly defined and executed
* Driving any issue resolution to achieve desired results
* Act as a trusted partner with our key local partners
* Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution
* Seek for continuous process improvement, prioritize, and drive enhancement.
